18 Jan- Interval run
3 x 850m sets. Ok timings- 3.19, 3.23, 3.23. Then 2 x 300m- 0.52, 0.55. Was an ok day as I reminded to keep smooth, run relaxed and control my breathing. Back in gear. :)
